Independent Affordable Living

We also have a limited amount of spaces in our Independent Supported Housing Program (sponsored by BC Housing), which is available to women who have completed one of our 2nd-stage recovery programs and maintained abstinence for a minimum of one year. Women who meet the criteria can apply for a subsidy and if approved, can remain in market housing for up to 2 years.  Depending on availability, extensions may be possible and are assessed on an individual basis.

Chrysalis’ Alumnae and Volunteer networks foster women’s long-term connections and community involvement. These components all support women to sustain their housing and long-term recovery.
