Chrysalis Society is dedicated to delivering care and services grounded in a feminist, client-centered philosophy and a trauma-responsive approach that respects the unique individuality of women and their recovery processes.
Our long-term programs comprise the lowest-barrier bed based support recovery for women in BC. Women are supported to achieve self-empowerment through a continuum-of-care that demonstrates how to live in recovery through education and holistic practices. The work is exceptionally challenging and deeply rewarding. We are always looking for great people for full-time, part-time, overnight and casual positions in our three homes.
