  • Call for Testimonials from Alumni

Did you go through New Dawn, New Day or New Way?  If so, we would love to hear from you in a testimonial.

What are successes that you feel Chrysalis directly or indirectly helped you to achieve?  These areas of success could involve:

    • substance misuse
    • physical wellness / medical matters
    • lifeskills: behaviours, emotions, mental health, spiritual development
    • relationships / communication / living without violence
    • family / children / parenting
    • education / training / personal development
    • pre-employment / employment / volunteering
    • financial security / independence
    • accessing housing
    • legal matters

Please give a brief description in a paragraph or less of the highlights of your successes!  We use the testimonials to continue fundraising and to demonstrate to the public at large that recovery from addiction is possible: you are all living proof of this fact!

If you would like to submit a testimonial anonymously, you can do so by sending it directly to our Office Administrator... otherwise, you are most welcome to post and share on our Facebook Alumni page!  (Facebook login is required.)

We look forward to hearing from you!

  • 2010 = New Beginnings

Best Wishes to Everyone for a Healthy & Prosperous Year!   "We will open the book.  Its pages are blank.  We are going to put words on them ourselves.  The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day."  ~Edith Lovejoy Pierce

  • THANK YOU!!

Chrysalis Society sends heartfelt and sincere thanks to all the individuals, groups, organizations and businesses that supported our 2009 Christmas Drive  - we simply could not continue to do what we do without the support of our community.  The generosity and kindness we receive from those who support us remain a fundamental source of joy and hope for all of us at Chrysalis - the women in our programs most of all!  Thank You, and Every Best for 2010!
